  • Hiya,

Have been meaning to post for a couple of days but havnt got round to it. Had a quite a bit of running about to do and also, trying to stay out of the house quite a bit, I find myself looking round at all Thomas's things, but I'm not ready to move everything yet.

The first thing I want to say is a massive thank you to everyone here for all your support and messages both losing Thomas and then my mum 2 weeks later. It really has helped, we have both sat here crying our eyes out reading it all, but it has helped loads. The donations were amazing, I just dont know what to say really (doesnt happen very often!) that so many people we dont 'know' could care so much really has touched us. Thank you so so much.

Pollsdolls has been an amazing support, I Have thanked her in private, but feel she massivly deserves a public thank you also. That woman talks a lot of sense! Thank you Polly.

Jeanette, Thank you for putting yourself out and arranging all that you did with the donations. You have a lovely family too, Charlotte keeps asking me when she can see your little one again! I hope we can do it again one day and bring Amelias Mummy along too. Thank you.

Anic, thank you for you're lovely letter and the Angel of Friendship. I have a couple of pieces of Willow Tree we have been bought for wedding presents and christening presents, and its beautiful. I have put it next to my telly and look at it when I'm sat and my head starts spinning. Thank you.

We are just taking each day at a time and trying to be strong for Charlotte. Its not really hit me yet I dont think. It hadnt started to hit, then I lost my mum (and best friend), and I think my body has just gone into shock. Dont know when it will hit, but I'm dreading it. Every minute of every day I miss Thomas and want him back with me, on my knee. Everytime I look at Charlotte I see him, they were really alike. Shes the only thing keeping us going at the minute. September is going to be hard, Charlotte starts reception and my mum wont be there for me to look after.

I didnt mean for the post to be so long, I just wanted to thank you all for your support, it really does mean so much.

    Thank you

    Jill and Jeff x
