It seems then Sally that SA probably did scan your voucher yesterday..but it just didn't reduce the amount as there were certainly no beeps...the Sa that served me before was lovely ~ I have never been served by her before but she was really good, no tut at voiding the transaction to try again for me. ( she'll go on my tick list;) )

not sure if anyone will try it but what if your total after spend is 20.00 so 10.50 x2 =10.50 plus other bits ted baker bag etc a drink so till sees total of 20.00 theoretically it should be okay,

Yesterday when sarah skint tried in conjunction with trevor sorbie and today when melgirl tried 2 x facial, with a free meal deal. Both transactions had a free item, so may be best to advoid free/money off things and just do points vouchers with the till spit?

Also can someone clarify that with the Trevor Sorbie voucher from the mag you can buy any Trevor Sorbie product except for the mens range and minis to get your free long hair product as Ive been pulled up about this before and the item I was trying to get was a full size product just not from the long hair range.

Sorry to go on, help would be appreciated before I give up on Boots altogether.

p.s. I will get round to listing all the vouchers Ive got that I wont use as its silly to hang on to them when I can pass them on to more successful Bootsers than myself.

Botanics ~worked fine for me no problems

TS I have had problems with this had loads of beeps seems to work best when you get long hair conditioner ( blue) and shampoo (blue) gave me no beeps

The TS one should be no problem as you are not trying to use any other offer, in my local they have a big TS display with copies of the voucher basically advertising the deal in the mag

These beeps get more bizarre..never had the beep on these items

infact I think the SA's were relieved that I had actually founnd a combination they didn't have to override

Model Me still beeped for me on Saturday but points added no problem
