Thanks CPG for doing a wonderful job! just wondering when you purchased

the expert baby stuff did you use two vouchers each time as it's a brilliant

    shop!!

Yeah i used 2 each time, would have done another one but they had no more expert stuff left  I also used all the 500pts baby dept, Olay vouchers, 2 MF ones and 3 on the TB washbag and a couple on the N7 each time.

    Hey all :)

Right I'm starting a new sunday night question - If you only had a £10 boots voucher to spend, what would you buy? If anyone gets mega points or a gwp from only spending £10, I'll be very impressed :p rofl

    Id get

Olay wipes, free with wipes voucher
Olay hand cream, Free with £5 voucher + 600pts
2 x Med preg, free with BOGOF and PC voucher 500pts baby dept

    N7 GWP
TS long hair product, free mag voucher
    TS conditioner, free PC voucher
£1.79 pantene with 2 PC vouchers 400pts back

Sorry hunni, I looked and there's just fluff. So £10 limit it is! come on girls!!! I just know we can be money savers and booters too .

    Im not sure we can:rotfl:

I write down actual spend and points gained everytime I shop(odd I know!) thanks to glitches etc...

    2007 = actual spend - points gained(and all spent in jan) £340.31
Well that is about the same cost as a year of nappies and wipes, which I would have spent anyway

At Dec/Jan I had cupboards of nappies/wipes left over, pressies for next few years, the following years general toiletries/cosmetics, sent about 35 boxes to cyprus for my mum, gave boxes of stuff to friends and family, had bought a camcorder and ghd's, all baby 'equipment' plus highchairs, toys etc for DS's first year.

I did not sell anything on ebay...except when I spent 6000 points on 90% off perfume (that was sold for £185.21).

This year so far I'm only only on a spend(£-pts) of 191.67...which is less than what I would have spent on baby stuff...yet have had 2 digi cams(pressies) have enough wipes/toilitries till DS is 5(lol) and have bought his xmas/birthday(bar the 'character' one of the year) till he is 5(15mths now)...plus have had to get another 6 storage boxes to fit stuff in and have been a regular at the post office posting to cyprus.

Admitedly...I am not a 'girly' girl, so do not spend out alot on make up/toilitries etc, but bootsing has 'paid' for most of my pressies for the next few years, including DS's, all my toilitries etc and has made alot of the poor teenage girls in cyprus villages smile.

So...depending on how you shop, you can be a bootser and a money saver :T

  • morning all!!X

hope someone can help me - on Boots.com what are the 3 cheapest 'premium beauty' products you can buy?? (in order to get the 1000 points)

    thanks for any help!XX
  • should think they would want you to pay at there counter like no7 sa's do

    thanks aureol212:D

I would tell them you have photos to collect and want to put it all through in one transaction so you can get extra points on total spend or use a double points coupon. Just ask nicely and see what happens. Re No7 I have regularly taken it elsewhere to pay but not tried it with concessions.
