how has this guy not be banned

I recently sold a dvd player on ebay this guy being the buyer of the item American guy emailed once after the item was brought using buy it now to ask about the dvd player
Anyway he hasnt paid and ive filled npb but look at his feedback anyway the top negative feedback is the one i left

The question as to why your buyer hasn't been banned is easy, the three sellers who have left negs have not all gone through the NPB process. It isn't the negs that will get him banned it is the NPB strikes and there is another thread on here where it seems some sellers are reluctant to file for NPB.
If sellers don't file for NPB then buyers like this will contine to hold accounts on ebay.

I think the poster was the seller not the buyer for the feedback shown.

he's had an account for FIVE years! Blimey.
He does seem like an !!!!!! though with those 3 none payments.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
