Warmfront grant for grandmother?

My parents are interested in a warmfront grant but not sure if they're eligible. My grandmother lives with them and is over 60, but it's my parents who own the property. Could they get a grant because an over-60 lives with them?

    Hi London,

We were told that because we own the property we're not eligible for warmfront to help with 75 yo FIL living with us. You had to be able to prove that the over-60 owns /rents the property.
