Hi everyone ..... 2nd day here for me :D

    Today (so far) I've:
    • Hung out washing that I put on before bed last night. Another load in now so will get that dry today too.
    • Finished off making the apple jelly that I started yesterday.
    • Made a shopping list as I need to pop into town and get some essentials to last me until Tuesday (payday so will be doing a big shop then) - shopping list needed so that I don't go buying any extras !
    • Checked quidco, P/Back, Lightspeed
    • Entered post received yesterday onto Postal Survey website
Plans for the rest of the day:
    • Cook roast dinner and boil up carcus for stock etc afterwards - done (yummy!)
    • See if any more dwarf beans ready to have with dinner - done
    • Ironing - done
    • Make some cakes for kids packed lunches
    • Organise pressies for teachers (from pressie stash) - done
    • Take the kids down the beach crabbing
    • Prepare sandwiches for kids lunches
    • Bath kids - done
Bit of an easy day really as I've got a hectic week next week what with it being the end of term (I also work in a school so double trouble for me ! )

Hope everyone has a good day xxx

Well done on such a good start today everyone!
    Today I have
    • been out on my terrace having a chat with my tomato plants - have let them know that it's going to be 27 deg on thursday  and I expect some to have turned red by then
    • found a fiver that I thought I had lost last night and beat myself up about BIG time! :j
    Today I will
    • go shopping at lidl from oh's meal plan list
    • check pigsback
    • update sheet from our spending last night, we went out on a date :D
    Think that's it!
    Have a fab day all

Morning peeps, it's greyish in Grimsby.

    My list:
    • Make a loaf from the ultra cheap 3 packs for a £1 bread flour I found yesterday
    • Mop the floors
    • get some more stuff on ebay if camera behaves itself
    • Pack and take amazon sales to postbox, as I have a stash of old stamps to be used up
    • No tumbly, as long as weather holds off
    • Take books to library and start gathering ideas for H.M pressies for the X word in December
    • Do a bit more planning on a website I want to set up based on my diary thread.
    • Make some cakes/biscuits for lunchboxes next weeks
Not a long list today as the kids are home and you never get a lot done with the kids about.
This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Current Pay Off Target : £1500

Sounds like there are a few of us from hampshire on this board, but then seeing how expensive the cost of living is around here its not surprising!

Cassey, i used to do comps and my aim was around twenty a day, but got too busy, however now i have more time to myself i was thinking of twenty a day and hopefully i can win some nice prizes!

    Welcome myrtle.

  • Hi all

    So far today:

    * I have spoken to Payplan, [strike]awaiting callback with way foward[/strike]
    * Have been up in attic to get 'dance mat' down to plug into hubbys PS2 as we dont have a Wiii fit! :j

    * Rooting around in freezer and cuboards to see what we have to eat for next week. :o

    * Getting hints and tips from MSE'ers on how to save more pennies :T

    * Resisting temptation for munchies as we have none in and can't afford any anyway :p

    * sorting stuff out to Ebay or carboot

    * Count the money in my 'sealed pot' as its bursting and I can't shove anymore in there! :T

    Phew! I'm exhausted ;)

    Gooooooooooooood Morning everyone:D

I must be from the same bit of Hampshire as Casey1 as it is sunny here as well.

erm not much of a nsd today as going out for post birthday lunch with hubby and son but if we go to a carvery i could eat lots and that would save having much for tea - well i tried:rotfl:

    today i will be doing:
    - comps
    - daily clicks
    - check on ebay bidding which ends tonight
    - using 5p off a litre petrol coupon to fill up my car at Tesco

    have a great day everyone:D
Hope you enjoyed your Birthday lunch. You are from the same bit of Hampshire. Where has the sun gone, but at least washing getting dried.

I'm in between Fareham and Southampton - how about you?

Hubby had to work this morning so we are going out this evening instead.
