Sainsbury's gas / electricity - any good?

I've been scouting around a few of the comparison sites and based on my gas and electricity consumption, a switch to Sainsbury's could be on the cards!
However, before I take the plunge, I'd be very interested to know what people's experiences have been! Good or bad, I'd really appreciate if you could comment on whether their customer service is good / bad etc etc. I'm currently with British Gas (gas) and Scottish Power (electricity) as a comparison!
