Hi,
I ordered a Food processor from electrical123.com, it was delivered next day with free p&p. Unfortunately, it wasn't working. After a quick phonecall, I was sent a replacement, which was at my door the next day, and the non working one was collected.
Unfortunately again, this food processor was starting to fall apart after the second use, and I wasn't happy about that.
Electrical123.com got it picked up the day after my phone call and refunded the money within 10 working days.
Excellent customer service and friendly people on the end of the phone!
PS: All the hassle was due to faulty equipment and nothing to do with electrical123.com.
