Hi. I am trying to find the name of somebody in seniority in the flybe accounts dept of whom I could address a letter to in order to bypass the lower scale employees who keep fobbing me off by email...
I know its a long shot but you never know as there's always lots of good folk on here..
thank you

I don't work for Flybe, but I think your best strategy is to write stating very clearly that you want the matter escalated to a senior level. That way, if and when your letter hits the desk of someone with a brain, they will know where it came from and it will be tracked on their systems so that they can deal with it properly.0

I don't work for Flybe either, but if I have a major complaint, I always write to the MD or Chairman. It seems Mr Jim French is that person and he is based at the head office at Head Office Address, Flybe,Jack Walker House,Exeter International Airport, EX5 2HL0

I emailed Mr French when I got what seemed like an automated reply telling me to wait for my lost case for 21 days before Flybe would do anything about it. I actually had to pay to receive an incoming call on my mobile from their 'Customer Relations' department, to tell me that they couldn't tell me anything. 10 days, still no case.0

Ironically, I was recently interviewed for a job in this department, and was "not successful". Your experience suggests that having a brain disqualifies one for this kind of job.0
