I'm on the PTA at my dd's school and this is something that the headteacher has mentioned as a long-term target for our fund-raising but I've tried to look it up but can't find it ???

If I've got the name completely wrong it's supposed to be a recharging point for several laptops (one for each class) overnight and a central point for any pupil/teacher/parent to access info about the school...
Does anyone know anything about this please?

The central information point however is tricker, and would probably have to be an intranet that the information would be held on with a network point nearby to connect one of the laptops to to see the information.

She was obviously talking about more than one thing so I'll need to ask her again next week to make sure I understand this time :rolleyes2
