Font Colour - Can I Change It?

There are various posters on here who use coloured font which I am unable to read. Is there anything I can do so that it's all in black/navy please? Someone (not on here) suggested that I do something to my internet settings, but this makes no difference at all.

Can't do the first suggestion for some reason. The second suggestion doesn't help one bit, as (for me) it's a blue background with white text, when it's needs to be a white background with black/navy text.0

Drats! I don't use that. If its was Firefox then I think there are some extension that might do what you want.
