..and no doubt at all airports they fly from.

Just because they are cheap it is no excuse for absolutely no regard for assisting passengers.

They are shoddy in the extreme. remember when you use them folks, if everything goes great then fine, but the minute you expect some help then you will realise why your flight was cheap. No help will be forthcoming.

Ryanair staff means no customer service.

I agree, without putting comments into context it just looks like a rant to me.

Also, were they actually Ryanair staff, and not a handling agent?

yeah tell us the story please, the normal run of the mill rant usually boils down to a !!!! up by the traveller who then gets angry and blames ryanair for everything under the sun.

and baa security, the wheelchair folk, car park staff, the cleaners, the staff at the giraffe bar in the ryanair departure lounge, immgration officals, customs, police, the folk on the dodgy win a ferrari stand do not work for ryanair.

just a quick mention for you ryanair lovers , this months ryanair magazine has an article about avoiding holiday scams /rip offs for travellers....without mentioning ryanair who are themselves world class scammers in the travel industry, you couldnt make it up!!
