First of all, you might want to email the webmaster and ask to have your username changed as you've got your email address displayed!
I think there's a thread up above with all the various Spyware and Adware removers that you can download. You really need programmes like Ad-Aware, Spywareblaster, Spyware Doctor etc."An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

It is that what you do, good or bad,
will come back to you three times as strong!

What OS are you using are? If XP have you turned off the system restore?
Start, Control Panel, System, System Restore. Untick the box.
File Hippo
Anti-Spyware
You can get a whole range of antispyware from the above site. Ad aware, spybot, microsoft antispyware are a good start for general spyware. CW Shredder is very good for tool bars and coolweb search, add spywarebalster (and immunise function on spybot) to stop the nasties getting on in the first place.0 -

I did that but forgot to put up one of the new Standard Phrase thingiesMartin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, email addresses and websites should not be used as usernames. The one in this thread has been reported. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -

All free...one that is worth paying for is webroots spysweeper. I have found it often picks up stuff the others miss. http://www.webroot.com/uk/downloads/ for free trial for a month I think (works after you just can't update it)0
