help please before pay for laptop....

am using ebuyer to buy a laptop as explained yesterday i was deciding on;-

and was going to upgrade the ram to 2gb;-

but....am now wondering if it will be sufficient.......i have decided i might want to use it for a bit of gaming on iwin or maybe to watch the odd dvd...

i want to use ebuyer as its next day delivery...

i only have £300.00

which would be best please? its only for basic online bingo playing...tycoon games (use iwin) and surfing and facebook..

    They look identical - apart from the HD size, unless I've missed something. If you want the larger drive, go for the latter.

    Both will be find for what you want to use them for.

    You might be able to upgrade the RAM cheaper, by doing it yourself and ordering the memory from Crucial.

    hubby has said to stick to the first choice upgraded to the 2gb ram - but, am wondering as i dont know how to do this myself do they actually upgrade it for you ...if not - should i just buy it at the 1gb and buy a memory stick and do it that way...?

    Before you buy it and go planning memory upgrades I'd check how many memory slots the laptop has and how many are in use/are free as it may work out pricier to buy it with the plan of upgrading, find out there's no free slots and have to buy even more memory.

    first laptop max ram is 2gb
    sceond laptop max ram is 4gb (2 SODIMM slots) and its dual channel
    third laptop is same as above

    installing new ram is easy to do for a laptop, heres a guide
