Wrong nationality on Ryanair boarding pass

Sorry, yet another Ryanair question! I've just had a frantic call from my father as he has just printed several boarding passes and realised they state Irish nationality but with their correct British passport numbers. I used to fly Ryanair a couple of times a month but haven't done so in a few months now so I can't quite remember at what stage you give your nationality to them. He is flying to Spain so it could be something to do with their advance passenger info rules. The website won't allow him to check in again or give the advanced info again so he can't change the info in their system.

Do you think this will be a problem for him? 9/10 you don't have to show your boarding pass and passport together until you arrive at the gate (hand luggage only) so I wouldn't expect them to turn him away at this stage, if they even notice. What do you reckon?

Don't worry about it its happened to us twice. The date of birth was also wrong on ours showing 1/1/75 for both of us.

this was a common problem for many a few months ago, it printed irish nationality and it shows the expiry passport date out of date too, i suspect this flight was booked several months ago before the new system upgrade by ryanair

if they notice they will change the details by hand on the form at the gate, you shouldnt have any problem, i imagine this problem has affected thousands
