Please Help Me Fix My Washing Machine

Hi All,
I would be grateful if someone could help me. The On/Off button on My Bosch Washing Machine has decided it doesnt want to indent when pressed. When I push it to switch on, the light goes on, however whenever I remove my finger pressing the button, it reverts back to the off button.
I would be grateful if someone could advise how to fix the problem.
