my son has lost his back up disks for hjis pb laptop is there another way to back up and reboot his laptop to orginal state?:confused:

    You could try the HP website, if you've got your serial number and maybe receipt they might send you a new set at the cost of a few pounds £9 to £20 for admin and postage etc.
