Question about laptop memory

Hi

My laptop can take (according to Crucial) these 512MB modules

DDR PC2700 • CL=2.5 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR333 • 2.5V • 64Meg x 64

However if I bought these 512MB modules would it possibly run?

DDR PC3200 • CL=3 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR400 • 2.5V • 64Meg x 64

Thanks.

Should do but there would be no performance advantage

Should do...memory tends to step down, the voltage is the same which is prolly the more important factor
