Gosh. How awful. What sods do that to a child's grave. Totally disgusting.
As others have said, your priority right now is housing. Could you not stay with your gran for a while? I understand how you feel but your gran may want your company and you could support each other through these difficult times and least you will have somewhere to stay whilst you try and get things sorted on the housing side and you my be in a position to save some money for a deposit and rent and maybe a little bit for your creditors but housing is your priority.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
Mortgage free since 2014

Sorry to hear about your awful situation, and my sincere condolences on the loss of your son.
If your nan has got room, then I would suggest you go there, certainly in the short term. She would probably enjoy the company, and you would be safe and looked after.
Others on here can give you far better advice than I ever could, and being the kind souls they are will help you to the best of their ability.
Good luck for the future!deepindebt wrote: »thanks for your support.i am on council waiting list.they sent me an updated points for my application. even though im in a b and b they havent given me points for having no fixed abode. my mum lives in an over 55s hosuing association flat which is one bedroomed. it would compromise her tennancy if i stayed here. shes already got the cat which is not allowed.my nan has got room but my grandad died in june so i dont want to burden her. i have no other children. one housing place have rejected my application as i have been evicted i have sent a letter of appeal.as suggested i am trying to sort out my most urgent problems first.to kick me when im down further we went to my sons grave and some b*****d has taken an angel ornament off my sons grave. my nan and grandad bought it before he died. i havent told her as she has enough upset at the moment.i am going to contact cab and shelter and will let u know what happens0 -

With you there lucielle! But you know, maybe you would be welcome for a little while - and your presence might actually help her? Always worth a try - you could probably judge her face on suggesting it and decide against it if you felt it wasn't bringing her any pleasure! Think the two of you could do with big hugs at the moment - and you could at least do this for her for a couple of weeks.
Lost my mum at about the same time as my friend lost hers and we both avoided asking the other for help because of it - and later both admitted that we were daft cos we probably would have been able to help each other greatly.
Good luck - keep us posted. Won't repeat all the great advice from other posters."there are some persons in this World who, unable to give better proof of being wise, take a strange delight in showing what they think they have sagaciously read in mankind by uncharitable suspicions of them"(Herman Melville)0
