Is this a good value desktop?

in Techie Stuff
looking at getting a new desktop, was wondering if this spec was any good, looking to do AutoCAD, picture editing and surfing the net, and defo not for playing games:
AMD Sempron 3400+ 64bit Mid-range Computer Base Units
Upgrade to 512mb DDR for £16.11 ex VAT
Upgrade to 80gb 7200rpm IDE for £3.81 ex. VAT
Upgrade to a 52xCDRW for £3.91 ex. VAT
FREE Keyboard/Mouse - Standard
Operating System NOT included
total price including delivery £287

Prolly not because you want to use AutoCAD and picture editing...it looks like it has onboard graphics and although the Sempron is a 3400+ with onboard graphics it may struggle a bit.Welcome, rogerramjet.

Autocad will work fine on a machine with on board graphics - I have been using a Dell with Celeron 1.8Ghz 512 RAM and intel on board for the last 2.5 years with no problems at all. I have even run Autocad on an even lower specced laptop0
