I would doubt very much if its bad luck.I had a problem with a litchen and bathroom and had to get a lawyer involved

Hi there,

We bought a kitchen from them in Aug 06. It came in 5 separate deliveries. I complained to the store manager and head office, and finally came away with £350 compensation. As we had paid £950 for the kitchen, it was a nice brucie bonus.
