So they failed to provide you with £25 worth of items and they're not willing to refund it? I find that very strange to be honest. They claim they delivered everything? Awful thing to do.
I always order from Asda online and my shopping is delivered from the same store in Cardiff Bay. I've never had any problems and the delivery drivers are always very helpful. I really do think this was a one off problem. I'll stick with them. I find Asda cheaper than Tesco too.0 -
put it in writing, with sufficient detail, then see what they say. this does seem odd.Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0

I had loads of poblems with ASDA home shopping, the last straw came when they charged my card twice, for the second time but this time it took just short of two weeks of phone calls, e-mails etc to get my money back without even an apology, especially when the amount they took twice was £168.00 not the smallest amount.
I now use sainsburys, and i will say that they have not delivered things once and i had signed for them, i rang them and they asked if i wanted the amount off my next shop or credited back to my card, i chose the amount off my next shop, an e-mail arrived within 5 minutes of my phone call with £16.00 off my next shop.
They also haven't been late yet.0 -
I have been ordering online at Asda once a month since the service began!
I don't have time to check all my shopping before i sign, on the few occasions that items have been missing I've phoned the helpline & they have brought them round the next day, brilliant service!
I agree they are much cheaper than Tesco too!THE LIFE AND SOUL OF THE PARTY :beer:0 -
I guess it depends which asda store you shop at, I have a thread here from a few weeks ago regarding the shambles that was my asda delivery - delivered days later, I missed work, still had loads of items wrong when it came, dozens of calls to both the call centre and the individual store, a letter to Head Office...still not resolved.
I have used Tesco twice since then and both deliveries have arrived on time, with everything correct and the guy helped take the shopping up to my second floor flat (when the adsa guy came he said they werent allowed to do this unless I was 'old or disabled').
I will certainly NEVER shop with asda again.0 -
