My future beloved, being who she is, is keen to get this sorted ASAP.
We're looking to spend around £3k for two weeks somewhere nice (yeah - like we'd go somewhere horrible!) but not one of the majors (Seychelles, Mauritius or the Caribbean). Beach huts are my favourite idea so far.
Anyone have any great idea's or companies to contact??

Also stayed at Outrigger Hotels in Hawaii and love their ethos but I would avoid Oahu and go for one of the other islands...

How about Boracay in the Philippines? It's an idyllic little island in the Philippine Archipelago and is generally cheaper than places like Bali, Thailand, Tahiti etc as it's less touristy. There are plenty of opportunities for chilling out and for watersports, island hopping etc.
Have a look here;
