After a quick phone call to get returned materials authorisation, I returned a faulty USB2 DVD creator to Belkin on Tuesday, a replacement arrived today by Parcelforce.
Well done, on their prompt service, not to mention the lifetime warranty.

Yes they are good at replacements.. but so they should be their products are rubbish.
The amount of times that I have had to have my wireless router replaced since Jan is unreal.
Well..... at least they did replace it.MFWB

I had no end of problems with a Netgear wireless router I bought a year ago, but ended up replacing it with a Bekin one. Not one problem since...
In my eyes Belkin make very good products.0
