Renovate cloakroom

Hi

What would be a rough price for labour only to take out a toilet and sink in my downstairs cloakroom and supply with a modern version of the same? im in manchester... thanks

Hi,
only hope you dont get stuck in the position I did with this job - had 6 plumbers come and look and only 1 got back to me - couple of the others said job was 2 small!?! ended up paying way over odds - £200 just for taking old stuff out and fitting new - supplied by me, just to get it done.
I dont live anywhere near manchester so you might have more luck in a big city finding someone.

Ballpark figure would be Labour+ Materials £130-£180, plus the cost of the suite £90- £200 depends on the quality of materials you want.

I had a company quote me £1800 for a very similar job! :eek:

Needless to say, I took the hint and didn't use them.
