This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK over 18 years of age, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person professionally connected with this promotion.

This is an on-line promotion based on a contest (the "Promotion") proposed on https://www.pringles.co.uk/china. No purchase is necessary for the participation to the Promotion. To enter visit https://www.pringles.co.uk/china and follow instructions to win a holiday to Hong Kong and a maximum possibility of £2,000 spending money. Contestants can only enter the competition once. Contestants will be invited to take part in four stages of the game, each section will progress the consumer further through the game. On each of the four stages the contestant will earn points, the points will be exchanged for money at the end of the game. The quicker the tasks are answered correctly, the more spending money the consumer could win. The maximum amount of money that can be won is £2,000. Only the winner of the holiday to China will be granted the spending money.

The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Last date for receipt of entries is 10 am on 31/12/2008.

All entries received by 10 am on 31/12/2008 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw, and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win the holiday to China and the spending money they achieved on the game, which would be a maximum of £2,000. The holiday is a 7 night stay for 2 people to Hong Kong. The holiday is booked through Thomas Cook and includes return flights from London Heathrow to Hong Kong, including return transfers to and from airport and hotel in Hong Kong. The accommodation is at the First Class Miramar Hotel in a standard twin/double room with private facilities on a room on a room only basis. The prize includes comprehensive Thomas Cook travel insurance. Travel insurance is subject to acceptance by Thomas Cook Insurers. Travel must be taken in 2009 excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year. The winner will have to ensure they have a valid passport and will have to organise their visas to China independently. Only the winner of the holiday to China will be granted the spending money.

There will be no runners up prizes. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. No bulk or third party entries accepted. The winner will be notified, either by telephone, email or by post, whichever method was selected by the consumer when entering their details online, by January 20, 2009. Name and county of the winner will be available on the website after this date.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.
