Firefox query

Following a thread on here, I started using Mozilla a while back.

However, I keep getting a problem with blank web pages. As an example, the most recent instance of this - if I try to access https://www.dorothyperkins.co.uk from Mozilla I get a blank page, but internet explorer works fine. It doesn't happen particularly often but it is a bit annoying.

Also, I find that when I log into my internet banking and try to print off a message, if I'm using firefox it hangs every time without printing, and I end up losing my message without being able to print it off. Internet explorer works fine though.

Anyone know why??

Which version of Mozilla? Displays ok in 1.76 on GNU/Linux.

Their setup is quite convoluted though - your browser is making 3 requests to get it.

Is it intermittent with that site or always occuring when using Mozilla?

Or it could be that you need the https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/?application=firefox IEview extension 7th down.

Link works for me on Firefox 1.07.
Not sure about your printing problem, but some sites don't work well with Firefox, so I'd go with Mr Skints advice.

Well, that seems to have done the trick. Nice one.

Haven't been able to check re the printing off of messages from the bank yet, but going to send them a message that needs a reply so that I can test it.
