Student with 2 addresses

Options
hi
not sure if this affects my credit rating..Can you help???

When appling for any sort of credit, ie credit cards or a store cards, i use my home address.
i have 2 student bank accounts, one of these is registered to my term address, i also have my credit card information sent to this address as well.

I register for things to my home address because i'm not sure where i will be after my contract with my landlord is up, as students change house all most every year.

will the information on my bank acc and credit card which i have at my term address show up on a credit search under my name at my home address. As i am thinking off doing a balance transfer but t do this i need another credit card.

Also is there any negative feedback or disadvante to me for changing my address so often. should i keep everything at my home address, and just gets my parents to forward any post to my term address.

Sorry if this sounds novice, please excuse me

Regards
Gary

I would use your parents address for all bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc when you are a student, as long as you are on the electoral roll there. This way you will build up a long time at the same address (which credit companies like). But make all payments to these accounts by DD, so that don't have to wait for the post to arrive in order to pay your bills.

I can't think of any down sides to this.

    I agree with Darryl

use your mum and dad's address for as long as you can whilst you are a student - I did , in fact have only just changed to my current addres 4 years on from graduation because I was all over for jobs.
