Is it true that if you have a credit card pre april 2007 you can claim your money back for this? If so is there anyway you can do this yourself as i know there is a company that is doing this service and charging 30% plus an addional fee. Plus you have to pay them to process your claim.

No I think the OP is referring to getting the entire Debt written off due to legal technicalities with the CCA (Consumer Credit Agreement).
