Hi,
I am needing some help with some plans for a application for an extension to my parents house.
We have had the pre application man round and said that the planned extension should be accepted but they need to have propere drawings produced to scale and also they want the elevations.
To cut down on costs we are trying to do these ourselves, has anyone got any advice about computer programs that would help and just general bits of advice to help.
Thanks
Dan

If you don't need any advice and just want drawings making then use an architectural technician. It's a few hundred quid spent now, but you save a lot of agro getting used to new software and you have something well drawn and complete to present to builders when looking for quotes and to building control when looking for their approval.0

Have a look around the builders you might be interested in using - some offer a complete service where they'll prepare the plans for you as well as do the work.0
