VNC Lite on iPhone

I'm trying to run VNC Lite on my iPhone. I've installed the client from the App store and also installed Tight VNC on my PC. I've plugged the IP address and password into the client but it can't seem to make the connection.
I've got the BT Home Hub and windows default firewall installed.

Is the iPhone running on your home wifi signal as you try to make the VNC connection? If not then you'll need to configure the router to pass through the VNC ports to the PC and then use the public IP of the router, not the IP of the PC.0
