£1 Birmingham to Scotland train fares

On the BBC Midlands mid day news yesterday there was an artical on a train company that had linked up with Virgin to offer £1 train fares from Birmingham to Scotland. The tickets had to be booked online in advance and the tickets were sent to your mobile as a text message which was then shown to the train fare collector.
I have spent hours trying to google for the booking website, but I have got nowhere, does anyone know anything about it?
