can N power do this?
ok so i just changed providers and my old provider (npower) sent me a final bill that i was gonna pay off over the coming weeks.
just checked my bank and they have took the lot :mad: over 400 quid, leaving me brassik and i need to get shopping.
1/ can they do this? and
2/ any chance of getting at least 300 of that back?

edit:: ok i phoned my bank and they have reversed the DD so i will get it back, good job i finished work early lol otherwise it would have gone out ><

did you read your bill as it clearly states on page 1 that the amount would be coming out on or around '' insert date here''. theres a lot of customers saying this but arent reading their bills in full.0
