Hi Dianne - As you've seen some companies don't allow transfers in, others however do.
I find moneysupermarket.com a good place for comparing ISAs as the compsarison table shows you if you can transfer in or not.
HTH,
JeffDespite the high cost of living it remains popular0 -
Icesave (online) and Kent Reliance (postal) are both pretty good for transfers in without having to put this years money with them.0

Yep, Icesave allow transfers in and the rate is pretty good at 6.1%.0

Best rated cash ISAs accepting transfers in, listed here at Moneyfacts. Top is 6.25% from Ruffler.0

I have transferred several ISA's in the last few months, all to Artemis High Income which is currently paying 7.65% pa, paid quarterly. You just tell Artemis and they do all the work.:j
Their commission rates are quite high at 5.25% but get a good IFA and he can haggle them down quite a bit. Also Trustnet and Sharecom can do it all for you for 0.5% commission, but will take a cut of the annual interest, I think.0 -

This is a Unit Trust though, so is a S&S ISA, not a cash ISA which is what the rest of the thread is about.Debbie0 -
