Hi
Its my first time on the forum so bear with me,
I have recently moved into a 3 bed detatched which we intend to extend into a 4 bed,it currently has nightstores which I do not like the controlability of. I have been reading alot of the posts on this site and take on board the comments that electricity is 100% efficeient. I have been advised that I will need about 26kw to heat my property and using E10
5.37p per kwh off peak
11.37 per kwh on
4.30am to 7.30am 1.00 to 4.00pm and 8.30 to 12.30pm I have calculated to the best of my ability it will cost approx £1800 per year to run.
Gas is out the question as i have been quoted £9750.00 to get it to my prpoerty (47 mtrs). I have spoken to a plumber who is recommending LPG or a thermal store. If anyone could give any advice or personal experience it would be greatly appreciated (nothing too technical because I am not)
Many Thanks
