I want to move my TV which needs extension of Sky cable....
Can we just buy any cable /cut and join them...........is it that easy?
Does it need any particular specification?
[I tried with the following but not getting any signal
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Satellite-Cable-White-F-Type/dp/tech-data/B000CI0S1Q/ref=de_a_smtd?ie=UTF8&qid=1216311765&sr=8-1]
Any suggestion, much appreciated

.........if its sky PLUS youve got, youll need 2 of these!0 -
Ideally you need to replace the cable/s from the dish, any join or extension will reduce signal strength, if you could re-route the cable without cutting or joining it, that would be fine.0
