I use a laptop at home which runs Windows Vista and my C drive is quite full. When I was using iTunes it said there were updates and i installed them but one was safari which I don't need/want.
How do I uninstall this??
Also how do you uninstall other programs? On my work laptop i do it through Install/Uninstall Software via the Control Panel but I can't find this option on my home laptop (with Vista)?
I'm sure some more-technologically minded MSEers can answer this for me please

You could also download CCleaner and use that to get rid of everything you don't want/need.
Used regularly it will also keep your PC in good nic.0 -

Same thing isn't it?0 -
why don't you want or need a web browser that is better, more stable, and faster than IE?0
-
Because he wants or needs a computer that is worse, less stable and slower than a Mac.

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

ok, smugsters, please explain what Apple Software Update is, what it does and why it takes up 2 MB without ever having asked to be installed?
I have Safari on XP and keep having to decline iTunes, but was never asked about whatever this other package is
I've got Quicktime Alternative separately, but that shouldn't affect this
oh, and why is Safari 3 times bigger than IE7?0 -
I don't think Safari on Windows is quite there yet.
It's very silly of Apple to make their Windows apps look like Mac apps. Even Microsoft try and make their Mac apps look and behave like they're Mac apps. But Apple seem to think shoehorning their UI into Windows is a good idea.
If I had to use Windows, I'd use Firefox, but luckily I don't.0 -
