Hi,
Someone I know was approached on the street yesterday by a company claimi ng to be able to wipe out debt on cards etc, apparantly there's a loophole they can leap through!... cost you a grand for them to do this .... sounds a bit reffy to me ... any thoughts out there.

It's a con.
If it's what I'm thinking it is (the loophole) then you can do it yourself.
