Vista: How to uninstall Windows Defender

Come all you techies and answer me do
I want to unistall Windows Defender and cannot seem to find it in the Add/Uninstall programme section of the control panel. I also have a dedicated uninstallation programme, Revo uninstaller, and though normally good, I cannot detect it here either

But it seems you can't for Vista, only switch it off:
