Help Internet explorer with VISTA !

Does this sound serious ????

My internet explorer has been going really really slow and crashing all the time. This has only started the last couple of weeks.
It will freeze, the screen goes white then i get the message that a problem has caused i e to close ! :mad:

It is driving me nuts as its now happening about 10 times a day :mad: .
Please can someone give me some advice xx Thnx xx

Could be spyware, or could be add-ons such as your printer software ect. Try removing any Google toolbars you may have ect, and try this:

I got a brand new laptop recently and I am also having problems with the slowness of IE. And I have all sorts of anti spyware installed.

I got round it by using another browser in my case Opera, see

http://www.opera.com/

This works 99.9% of the time, & the remainder of the time I use a Firefox browser. These ar both faster and more secure than IE and they are easy to install. When you install them they will give you the option to make them your default browser & Opera is now my default
