Wow! Martin you are working really hard to make a great site for everyone to enjoy! MoneySavingExpert.com is a great site! :T

I like the line about moving further up than Fool.co.uk - it just shows the reputation this site has!

The 4,114th biggest site seems a big number! :eek: It isn't that far behind the top site!

The current number one is iii.co.uk which is ranked 3,696 in the world. It’s not much like MSE as it’s primarily a stocks and shares site though my hope is it won’t be long before this site overtakes that too.

Martin you are freelance are you not? & you are not selling a product but providing a FREE service so the ITC dont have much legal manover over you, ethically yes, legally no....

When did ethics ever win in a court room?

If you were exclusively signed to any of the ITV regions (not just a programme regardless if you use in house ITV or out-house production) then they could do something about it

It will do by the time the programme is broadcast, probably 'just' with the hints and tips featured (and hopefully a link to MSE...)

Was there not a link on one of Martins recent 'money tips emails' that went through or to Motley Fool as well? I just remember being surprised at seeing it appear.
