Names / email addresses of Tiscali UK Board members?

Does anyone happen to know the names and/or email addresses of any of the Tiscali UK Board members, preferably their CEO? I've tried to find names on their site, but no luck.
I want to write to one of them because I am SO peefed with them. First, they declined to accept a request from my new current account bank to transfer my direct debit (the other 20-odd direct debit recipient had no problems with the transfer request), then they sent my a snotty because the old direct debit didn't work any longer. Surprise, surprise, Tiscali - - you have been told to collate the money from a different account! I then did my direct debit change myself with them over the phone, and at the same time paid the 'bounced' direct debit amount (one month's charges).
A week later, I get an invoice - with the 'bounced' amount still showing as 'overdue'. Instantly emailed them (I'll do a damn and call their 0870 number again!) upon receipt of the bill to ask they correct the invoice. FOUR emails and ten days later, I still do not have even an acknowledgement for my emails to them. I think I have given them ample opportunity to correct their mistake and my patience has expired. My cancellation for their phone service (only service I have with them, thank goodness) is already in the post (by recorded letter) but I have little confidence that their admin department will respond/act in a timely manner, so I now want to write to a Board member, preferably their CEO.

The ISP Review website can fast track your complaint into Tiscali. The following is from the ISP Review website:TISCALI COMPLAINTS: If you include your username, full name and permission to do so in the first line of your complaint e-mail, then we can try to fast-track your problem with Tiscali by forwarding the difficulties to somebody in a more senior position.
