people put details of delay trains on there, you put in your regular commute details and it highlights delayed trains you can claim for, you then enter your ticket number, FREEPOST the form you print off an dah-dah either a cheque or rail voucher..

I keep a whisky bottle to put all my coppers in and take them to Asda every couple of months, they have one of those machines where you post it all in and it counts it and gives you a voucher, I love it, it's like playing slot machines :rotfl:0 -
