Things that have annoyed me today

WH Smiths advert mentioning Christmas, it's more than 2 months to Christmas:mad:
I have heard this twice in about an hour!

Credit card bill with a debit for BT openworld who currently don't have an authority to take money from my credit card, I know if I try to get my money back their incompetant accounts department will cut me off again. (They have a DD on a bank account not my credit card). I am still waiting for a call back from Monday the 10th when they sent me an email saying they were taking it !

I think I will retire to the arms for a glass of red!

With you on that one , i'm sick of seeing all the Christmas stuff in the shops already  House of Fraser have Christmas Trees up , don't think they should be up before November personally and preferably December...bah humbug :D

I'm annoyed at Royal Mail today as they've delivered an envelope to my next door neighbour by mistake that was recorded delivery and should have been signed for. It contained gift vouchers for my niece's wedding present and if my neighbour wasn't honest , he could have easily kept them icon8.gif

  • As a customer left the other day he said he would see me again in the spring. I wished him a happy Christmas, he gave me a funny look. Can't think why??

Have you told your Credit Card not to let them have the money? I know if it's a continuous credit authority it's tricky, at the end of the day you may have to cancel your credit card and get a new one to make them stop!

Yes I did all that and BT had the wrong expiry date but they really are muppets and they don't call back or do what they say etc. I have a letter of appology with the name of the guy who sorted out the last fiasco I am planning to write to him again. I got three months free access last time they did this.

To be honest the reason I changed to DD is because I am cancelling the credit card so it won't happen again.
