    We guys its my birthday today the face swelling has gone down alot and the chest infection isnt feeling as bad as it has done so am having people round for drinks tonight should be fun :) xx

    It was gorgeous and so so hot!!!!

    Glad to be back though.
    Got some study to do before I get back to it tomorrow but it was such a great seminar!!!
