have you got much to list hun?

interview later on today, bit nervous but i think not as nerrvous as I would be if it were a job i had experience for....

Strange as it sounds because I've not done it before, I'll just be selling my ability to learn new tasks.... which is easier than discussing how I've previously done the job.....

Had an alright nights sleep.... could have done with a lie in but Gordon needs feeding, so he's wolfing down his brekkie as we speak....

OOOOOh that sounds good Bella, does it have a closing date etc or do you know when they will start interviewing?

I cant believe your supervisor.... whats her logic behind you finding it too hard? I'd have a word if I were you..... if you were finding it hard then fair enough but like you said you've carried it for ages, and done a ruddy good job!

I havent done anything on Dooyoo since Xmas, need to get back into the swing of it really....and earn some more dosh!

Theres no closing date on the job, it says they will close when they have enough applications but think it will be good

My supervisor is hard work, I am not finding it hard, the only thing I havent been doing is buffing my floors but thats because the woman that did that section before me made such a mess of the floor i dont know what to do and have been waiting to speak to my boss but she hasnt been in, i think i will just move to a different department with a nice cushy few rooms to clean and leave them to it :) I know i'm better than the majority of the staff working there so thats all that matters :)

really need to get some dooyoo done too gonna try today to do 2 :) x

    Hello all

Just got back in and crikey that was hard!!!

Interview itself was pretty short but it was really new age, like personality analysis and then got asked why I wanted to work there which stumped me a bit.... but i think I sold myself well enough.
The guy who owns it said he really liked me, and really thought i would fit in and make it my own etc which is what hes looking for but he had some concerns about it cutting into my family time, as the day starts at 6:20am!!! and they finish at 7:30pm but then you dont work friday after 11am, saturday or sunday, and they take 3 hours for lunch....

But the whole place just sounded amazing, get to travel to seminars all over the world, its really forward thinking and a bit hippy which I love....

I had to fill in a test before I left and they said they will try and call me this evening. They said the salary can range anywhere from £9k to £26k, it all depends on the person and their suitability. I told him what I'm on now.... fantastic scope for progression though! And he said we can discuss that.
He asked when I would be able to start but I couldnt really give a definite answer because of the redundancy and he mentionned there may be some scope for them to pay me what would have been my redundancy pay from previous employer, in order to cut my notice period short so I dont lose out....

So I guess thats got to be a good sign really!!!
