Aye just one of those days today i think.....

I woke up in a mood.... and it just stuck all day...
Work wasn't very good today, lots of stresses, and just feel like all day long everyone has been so rude!!!!

Ah the joys of working in retail.....
Plus there are just loads of things that I need to get on and do, but I've just not got the inclination....

I do really feel for you some days just go from bad to worst.

I was outraged on behalf of a lady serving at supermarket counter the other day - the man in front of me was outrageously rude to her. When I commented on it she said lots of people were like that. I swear I'd end up punching someone :mad:

I suppose the time of year doesn't help for the customers either, stressed from all the shops and then they take it out on poor old you and your staff.

I hate rudeness, it's basically bad manners. I speak to everyone, whatever their job how I would be expected to be spoken to. Shame all the others don't think like that.

There is one woman at my work who won't even speak to me as I am too low level for her, she talks to my boss and ignores me completely, doesn't even acknowledge me and I am in a small office with three people and my desk is opposite my bosses :rotfl:

I understand that people get stressed but my shop is a very calm and tranquil place to shop, we offer people samples, let them wander uninterrupted and we're also really polite and go above and beyond for people and it just really get my goat that people think because you work in a service industry they can talk to you like you're utter ****!!
And noone says thankyou! That really bugs me.... lol

Oh well, Im fed and watered now, so perhaps I should go and chill out in the bedroom....

PS If you want to keep a list of people who are rude to you I'll hunt them down and punch em :whistle:

CAFC there is no excuse for it at all noone should speak to anyone like it.

Just think you are a fab, caring person and they are just all !!!!!! :T

I have to add..... most of the rude people today were french tourists telling me I must accept euros, as we are part of the EU!
Noone in our town accepts euros! GAH!!!

Anyway really must stop moaning, I'm going to go and sort out my paperwork I think.....
