Had a look on woolworths website and found this nice little bucket bbq,
http://www.woolworths.co.uk/web/jsp/product/index.jsp?pid=50983553 its a whopping £3.60, however when i went instore and found a few on the shelf, these were priced up at £5.97, i said to the sales person will you price match your web as they are out of stock online, i was told that they were not allowed to do that and you either pay the price stated £5.97 or do not bother. can anyone advise.
i know its only a few pounds and pence but its the principle

The principle is that you went to a shop where there was a bbq with an invitation to treat, the £5.97 price tag. You offered to buy the bbq for £3.60 They chose not to accept your offer. So no contract.
You still have your £3.60: they still have the bbq (unless someone else paid £5.97 for it of course).0
