Miele Freezer not working...Any ideas?

Hi,

Have a Miele Fridge freezer 5 years old...the fridige is working fine however the freezer is stuck on -1. Have tried everything the manual suggests, even switched on the super cooler mode, but only nudged the temperture to -2.
it is all plugged in and switched on, just not freezing?

any ideas? thanks!
