Hi, I am looking to fix my gas and electricity and I am thinking about moving to NPower One. Does anyone know if you can do this online and if so if you can do it through a cashback site or is it only possible to change by phone?

Yes you can do it online, if changing both gas and elec best to go through moneysupermarket.com for 30 cashback. Also, if you go through quidco, you can get an extra 20 for changing through moneysupermarket.
